Q: What is your return or exchange policy?
A: If you decide that the products you received aren’t right for you within 30 days following your delivery, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return or exchange process. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must be clean, unused, and in its original packaging.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number. If your return or exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you the shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the product, we will send the refund of your order to your original payment method or arrange the exchange shipping for you within 5-8 business days.

A: If the product(s) you receive is defective or has any quality issues, we will fully cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
