This GOMEXUS fillet knife is definitely worth the price. It is sharp out of the box and is ready to fillet any fish you put on the table. It functions as intended, making it easy for me to be able to make sharp cuts without feeling like I have to tug the fish very hard. It’s great quality and the blade is made of great steel. It works well with both saltwater and freshwater fish. I have not had any issues with it rusting while using it in saltwater, especially because I do take great care of it by giving it a good wash. This can easily be sharpened, but I have used it for a few times and have not had to sharpen it once.
