LIMITED WARRANTY

Gomexus warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Gomexus or authorized retailers within the United States.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects arising from normal use of the product. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear: Scratches, punctures, fading.
  • Physical abuse: Damage caused by misuse or accidents.
  • Commercial use: The warranty is intended for personal use only.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications: Changes made by parties not authorized by Gomexus.
  • Not authorized retailers: Any products (whether manufactured by Gomexus or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
  • Physical abuse or damage: including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
