    A: Replacement process: A video is required to explain the problem and send the reel to our service center in FL. After we get the tracking number and your address, we will send the new reel immediately.

    Good Reel, but after 2 Session in Oman all Bearing finish to replace. I have also Accurate Boss and this Reel is a great Machine

    This set up with the Gomexus SX450 is my go to reel and jigging outfit. This reel is smooth as silk and the drag is strong and clean and smooth. This will land the biggest of fish and have more to spare. An excellent product. You can see and feel how well made it is right out of the box. I took a chance on a recommendation from a favorite Youtube fishing channel and i couldn't be happier. Purchase one. You wont be disappointed.

    This thing is built like a tank. Spins like butter and has insane drag for the size and weight. /// after a month of use I've got an african pompano at 200ft, grouper at 250, and three blackfin tuna about 150ft. This reel with a blue goofish rod with 30lb pe braid is a murder weapon.
