The new handle fitted perfectly and looks/feels great.
Light as air and looks great.
Initial feel and install impressions are good. The quality for the price is very good. I know people comment about it being expensive, but for the quality:price ratio, I’m very happy. The handle feels much nicer than the flat one on my 2500 MQ. I think I mostly like that the handle is farther away from the rod, it feels more comfortable up to my shoulder. The knob itself is taller, the arm is the same dimensions for its mounting points. It is a little heavier than the stock flat plastic handle but I doubt that will be a big deal. I have 2 standard BG reels in larger sizes I will probably get these handles for now after seeing this one. I also like the black anodized finish and shape of the arm vs the graphite colored stock unit. It is not the same Diawa arm with a new knob.
Great product, well designed, qaulity. Very durable. Ansolutley changes how it feels to reel.
