There was a slight delay with shipping but CS jumped in and took care of it. The item was well crafted and looks of good quality. Only drawback was the male star nut did not fit my reel, maybe because my Penn 6/0 reel was manufactured in 1990 and the size was different so I had to use tge original one. Other then that 5-stars for customer service.
