    I spend days on fresh & salt. Here in the Pacific NW, it's Spring Chinook, Summer Kings, Summer Steelhead, Fall Chinook/Coho, Winter Steelhead, Bottom fishing, halibut, and/or Dungeness Crab. Year round takes a toll on the body. Hopefully these pliers will hold up too. I would like to see a Kydex sheath. The leather one is fine but salt water will eventually rot it. Love the belt clip.

    These fishing pliers are very nice quality. I fish every year, and if I can, I saltwater fish. These pliers are titanium, which is ideal to use for saltwater. I really like how lightweight they are. They action is very smooth. There is a line cutter on the pliers which is a nice bonus. It even comes with extra blades which I appreciate. The design of the nose makes it ideal for pretty much all your tackle/fishing needs. Time will tell how well they hold up, but overall, they seem to be excellent quality.

    We have been using it a lot. It actually is much better that I anticipated. I dont use many lures but the hook to open the split rings does not interfere with me taking the fish off the hook. It is very lightweight too.

      As a charter capt in the keys, these ha ds down are the best pliers I have ever used. I have had a pair on my boat, unwashed for over a year and still going strong, I bought 2 pairs for my mates to use cause the always ask for mine. Buy them, yiu will not be disappointed.
