I really like the quality of the product. The retractor is excellent, along with the snippers. I’m disappointed with the nail knot tool, it’s too short and the wraps pull off…it could have been designed to be easier to use. I think it’s an innovative tool.
the nippers wear down really easy but other than that they are high quality.
I originally purchased the shark bite as a gift ,but was so impressed with the workmanship I kept it for myself
I have at least 4 different brands of nippers ranging from inexpensive to very expensive. I was a little hesitant to buy these since they were a new product without much review information, but they looked interesting so I took the plunge. Very happy with them so far! I put them on a neck lanyard and the ability to lock them closed it awesome since it reduces the chance of injury while wearing them around my neck. Have had no issue cutting different line types and the scissor design allows me to trim the tag ends very accurately. Will probably buy a second pair.
Cuts braid and fluoro clean and without any excess tag line. Small and handy, so I bought a 2nd set. I have the Gomexus pliers, fish grippers, and many knobs for upper tier Shimano reels. I can’t say enough about the Gomexus quality. If its Gomexus it’s good.
