BOUGHT TWO OF THESE HANDLES FOR 2 DAIWA RYOGAS, BECAUSE IT SAYS IT WORKS WITH THEM ON THIS PAGE. BOUGHT MINE VIA AMAZON.
HANDLES FIT, BUT NONE OF THE "ACCESORIES" INCLUDED FIT A DAIWA RYOGA. HANDLE FIT SHAFT FINE. THE RETAINER FOR ORIGINAL DAIWA HANDLE NUT, DID NOT LINE UP WITH THE HANDLE SET SCREW HOLE. AND THE "SUPPLIED" ACCESSORIES ARE NOT FOR ANY DAIWA RYOGA I'VE EVER SEEN. BUT THIS PAGE STATES FITS DAIWA RYOGA. FOR EVER I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR 2 100mm HANDLES, BECAUSE DAIWA DOESN'T MAKE/SELL THEM ANY LONGER. SO WHO'S LEFT? GOMEXUS. AND AFTER $75.00 SPENT I JUST RETURNED THEM TO AMAZON. MORE TIME WASTED!!!!! SUPER DIAPPOINTED SINCE IT CLEARLY SAYS; DAIWA RYOGA ON THIS PAGE. WAS THIS EACT HANDLE ON AMAZON THE WRONG ONE? WHY DIDN'T THE ACESSORIES COVER "ALL DAIWA'S""?? I GIVE UP.
Overall the handle is nice. It feels good in my hand and fits well. The hardware that comes with it is cheap. The handle nut is low quality and strips easy. The tiny screw for the lock washer is terrible. IF you can even get it to thread. It's an aluminum screw so the threads don't stand a chance.
This post is regarding my last review titled ‘unresponsive’ they have since reached out & sent me a replacement, the staff also informed me it was Chinese new years and their team was out on holiday.
