The shaft size is the key to making the correct and suitable choice for you. We have 2 dimensions for the shaft size,7x4mm or 8x5mm.
7x4mm: All 13 Fishing baitcasting reels.
8x5mm: All Bass Pro Shops, Daiwa, Lew’s, Okuma, Quantum baitcasting reels.

Order numbers are located at the top right corner of the packing slip included with your shipment. You can also find it in your order confirmation email.
We are able to cancel your order if it has not yet been fulfilled. All personalized and made to order items are not eligible for cancellation.

We do not ship partial orders as we are a small business and our goal is to be as sustainable as possible; however, if you are in need of your in-stock item please email us at customerservice@gomexus.com and we can work with you on a solution.
Sometimes mail can be tricky! Allow for a few more days, and if your order has yet to arrive, reach out to the carrier (USPS, Fedex) for better tracking ability. If they are unable to help, contact us at customerservice@gomexus.com so we can work on a solution.

Returns + Exchanges
We're happy to accept returns on all orders, excluding customized pieces! Items that have been engraved cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item(s) are damaged upon receipt or the wrong item was received.
To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at customerservice@gomexus.com with your order number. If your return or exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with the shipping address, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the product, we will send the refund of your order to your original payment method or arrange the exchange shipping for you within 5-8 business days.
It typically takes 5-7 business days for our facility to process returns. Once your return is accounted for, we'll refund your original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.
If the product(s) you receive is defective or has any quality issues, we will fully cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
