It arrived without any issues as shown in the pictures. There are no instructions, but installation is very easy. If you don't have one yourself, visit the manufacturer's website and they will explain it in their video. Please be careful when installing, the nut under the cover has reverse threads.
It fit perfect on my Ryoga 1520. Everything worked perfect after I have put it. Break is super smooth with a good sound when I turn it.

Super quality, fits perfectly. I would really like to have one in silver chrome, but it is not available for daiwa, only Shimano has that color, hope you make one for daiwa!
